U.S. Import Duties & Delivery Information

All U.S. orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means:

• Import duties and customs fees are not included at checkout

• These charges are collected by the carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS)

• Payment is required before or at delivery

As the recipient, you are responsible for these charges.

What Will I Be Asked to Pay?

When your shipment arrives in the U.S., the carrier may request payment for:

• U.S. Customs Duty

• Customs processing or brokerage fees

• Carrier disbursement/advance fee

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and the shipping carrier — not by us.

You will receive a notification (email/SMS) from the carrier with payment instructions.

Example

If you order two T-shirts from Europe:

• Your order is shipped within 1–2 business days

• Transit time is typically 4–7 working days

• If U.S. Customs requires additional information, clearance may take longer

• Before delivery, the carrier may request payment of import duty and related fees

Your package will be delivered once these charges are settled.

Important Notes

We do not collect or control U.S. customs charges.

We cannot predict the exact amount in advance, as it depends on:

• Product classification

• Order value

• U.S. Customs regulations at the time of import

If customs places a shipment on hold, additional documentation may be required for clearance.
